Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love all your purchases with us however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of package delivery for all full prices items. We have given our store credits no expiry so you have the freedom to use it when you wish although we are sure you will find a piece you love very quickly.
Only in the case of manufacturing faults will we offer a refund.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must not have been washed or altered in any way and must have all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) and hang tags.
To complete your return, please send us an email to email@example.com and we will send you all the information you need to proceed. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
